Cost & Payment
Extracts/tinctures are .37¢/ml (approximately $11.00/oz)
Bulk herbs (including dried herbs and powders) are .13¢/g (approximately $3.74/oz)
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments are made through Dispensary Tree and processed via Square. If you need to arrange for another payment form, you can email us to work something out.
Payment Options:
Practitioner can make payment for formula on behalf of Patient.
Patient can log on or pay via payment link and make payment after Practitioner has submitted formula.
Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders will be filled and shipped within 5 business days of payment - typically within 2-3 business days.
Shipping is via USPS priority mail and takes approximately 1-3 to arrive at its destination.
Shipping costs $10 flat rate, some exceptions may apply.
In person pick up and local NEK drop off are available and may be selected at check out. Other drop off options may be available depending on circumstances. We are often able to drop off in the Montpelier/Burlington area.
Returns & Cancellations
All orders are customized and filled to individualized specifications and are therefore non-refundable/non-returnable. Please review your order carefully before submitting. If there was an error made on our behalf, please email us.
Orders are eligible for cancellation through Dispensary Tree until fulfillment process has begun, upon which the “cancel order” option will disappear.
Clients/”Patients”
All client information is kept confidential.
You may opt to share formulas on the Dispensary Tree platform, only the formula name will be shared.
Clients may create their own “patient” account on Dispensary Tree where they can pay for order, view order history and fill refills.
